Drops & Hiatus
Everyone needs a break sometimes! Please use one of the forms below to announce a hiatus or drop a character. Feel free to drop off a post in the OOC community to let all the other players know if you so choose.
Here are a couple of basic guidelines to follow when posting a hiatus. Drops are pretty straightforward!
• We recommend posting a hiatus if you are going to be gone for more than one week.
• For hiatuses over two weeks, please talk to the mods about your situation.
• Hiatus notices will be deleted after three weeks if there is no definite ending date or explanation.
• Hiatuses for four weeks or over are not allowed, and you will be asked to drop until your hiatus is over and re-apply next application round.
Please don't character squat; unless there are specific and important reasons why you haven't been able to thread in an entire month, don't post a hiatus just to avoid the activity check!
And finally, please don't remove your character journals, as we will do it for you. It helps us keep things streamlined because we reference the members list during activity checks.
