SIGMA HOMES @ THE ALPHA DISTRICT
The Sigma Homes are the housing area specific to the Alpha District, situated throughout the district on different streets. These buildings resemble any sort of futuristic-like home you could imagine, with sleek, clean, and modern designs. These homes are co-ed and house up to five people. As like all housing areas in Splendor, they come fully furnished - however the furnishings here are much more futuristic and often times have pointless or overly-stylistic and complicated designs. They have two large bathrooms and one smaller bathroom.
Some homes have odd designs or add ons. If your home is one of these, it will be mentioned under the home description.
There are two general exterior styles of housing in the Sigma Homes, one for Brixton Avenue and one for Vic Street. The homes are much bigger than these pictures are, but they give the general idea.
Also, each home is very uniform and similar inside, so below are good examples of what you would find in every Sigma Home.

BASIC INFORMATION
The Sigma Homes differ from building to building, but here are a few basic facts:
• Not Co-ed generally. Members of the opposite sex will not be placed in the same home, but mix-ups do happen from time to time.
• Average Occupancy: 5/home. There are four bedrooms in each home, so with a maximum occupancy of five, two people will have to share.
• Fully furnished. All Sigma Homes come fully furnished, complete with futuristic (and possibly hard to use) appliances in the kitchen and modern plumbing in the bathrooms. If there are any add-ons, they will be mentioned under the individual descriptions.
• Handicap-friendly. Most homes have two floors, but they also have elevators to allow those who cannot use the stairs to maneuver their way.
• Key Partially Required. A key is required for initial access these buildings. There is one card key for the homes, which is combined with a fingerprint scanner electronic lock. The key card is not needed after the initial use at the home. All one must do is swipe their key card in the electronic lock and place their thumb on the fingerprint scanner. After that, all the person will need is their fingerprint to enter the home. The key card has the street name and house number etched onto it.
