yup. i didn't get into my first choice, so i have to apply to others. i was only going to apply to two or three others if i got rejected, but that was before i got rejected. now, i have a school (George Washington University in D.C.) that i am in love with, and have applied early decision 2 to, so if i get in there i will be ecstatic, but i'm really paranoid i won't get in there either, and if i don't i have no clue where i want to go, so i kinda did a spread of schools from New York to LA to Philly to other DC schools to Montana and a few others places. we'll see how it goes, and i just hope that all this effort will all be in vain because GWU will accept me.

wow... way o ramble and be annoying.. sorry, i'm drowning in college apps right now, and i'm literally crazy. how many schools did you apply for?

Not rambly or annyong, just information I didn't have. Makes sense, though.

And I only applied to one. I got in, but it was still a mistake, and part of a whole wash of things that, if I could go back and change them (while keeping what I learned from them, of course) I would.

For example, the college I applied to was U. SoCal. Which meant I moved down to LA. And after my first year, I moved back. Because being in LA taught me one thing above all others: I didn't need/want to be in LA!

well, i'm glad you were at least able to get out of there after a year. i'm hoping that in a year, when looking back on this whole ordeal, i can say "i made the right choice" and i think i will.
