i have to make an appointment for friday or saturday morning to put wooley to sleep. i'm fairly distraught about it because he's the only member of my family that i don't secretly hate. so if i don't seem that pleasant to be around, or all that willing to work on derby strategy, that's why. shit, this is going to be the best weekend ever

yeah, back in the day he was such a little asshole. but he was a little poodle so it was okay. for a while now he's had what seems to be like alzheimer's so he's not even really alive anymore. but yeah, he's my pathetic little puppy to the end.

thanks, i know it's the right thing to do. but...as a fat kid in grade school, he was a big part of my life. i'll be fine i'm certain, but it's just such an overwhelming thought.

Aw, man. I'm sorry. I've only had to make the decision myself once, and it was for a doggy I'd only had a few months after finding her wandering into traffic, but I still think about her; That sucks. Strategy is bullshit anyway. Use your emotional energy to knock people down. I swear it helps. I hope you feel better soon.

tonight at practice i will either be unstoppable or the extra-stoppable. there will be no middle ground. my mood swings hourly. i'm having emotional contractions. i am in the school library and i just put my elbow in something wet.

awww Em, I am so sorry you have to do that. I am going to miss wooley and his squishy butt even though he likes to bark at me. if you have to do it on saturday let me know if you want me to take your shift and you could work 5-10 instead of most of the day.
