Her face seems a bit too long and skinny in the drawing, more than in the photo, and there's something funny about the mouth... in the photo it's clear that she's smiling but in the drawing she doesn't look happy.

But I do see what you mean about her lips. I think I didn't thin them out enough at the corners. I know I said I wouldn't work on it anymore, but maybe I'll go in with an eraser and work on fixing them....

I think her hair's a little too light-it blends in with her face a bit. Hair is really hard to make look realistic and not just a buncha lines though. I thought you had done a good job in that respect!
You really did a fantastic job with her eyes, epsecially the lighting, but I think you could add a little more eyelash/makeup to the left eye. Compare it with the original pic.
Overall I give you a 100 A+ too! :)
