can not get to sleep

another night that i can not settle down. i am on yahoo if anyone wants to talk. god it is nearly 3:30. i can not quiet my brain up enough to sleep. nothing important just babble. babble that floats through my head. THE VOICES OH GOD THE VOICES!! ha! just kidding. i don't have that kind of problem

The place I tend to frequent when in town is that Hobbit cafe on Richmond Ave. Good food, and I know the owners - but that's just me. :-P
