♀ Heavenly Bodies October: VENUS ♀
Month one of the Heavenly Bodies writing project AKA: Venus
October, the heart of Autumn is the perfect month for a planet like Venus, who's at home in the creative flair and longing for companionship that comes with the burst of colours and death of Summer, the coming of cold and the impending feeling of the holiday season. Things do not necessarily need to be written and posted during the month, and there is no deadline or wordcount, but the challenge is to do so by the end of October.

Venus -- Beauty, relationships (friendship, romance, etc), material possession (and being materialistic), love, sensuality, harmony, music dance and art, charm and grace, Aphrodite
The goal is to write about the very concept of Venus, something that revolves around the idea of companionship and talent, the ideas of beauty and music and the balancing of the scales -- Taurus and Libra, 2nd and 7th Houses, and Pisces.
In Taurus, Venus is at home in a security needing, materialistic fashion; sensuality and the pleasures of beauty in it's tangible form, the pleasures of home and food. The concept of the Morning Star Venus; rough and wanting and stubborn and hurried but also gentle, soft, bathed in sunlight.
In Libra, Venus is at home in a peaceful, pure, harmonious fashion; friendship and beauty on an inner level, passion for talent and the pleasures of unity. The concept of the Evening Star Venus; slow and steady and unsure but also superficial, confused and searching.
In Pisces, Venus is exalted, showing it's purest form of security, peace and unconditional love; young love and the depths of idealization, the dreamy kind of feeling that comes from the ideal of a fantasy, sensuality in its spiritual form; love that comes from the soul, two becoming one in a fated fashion.
