I wish she would talk to me again. Communication has pretty much been severed. She rarely responds to my messages and she never messages me. She said she just wants to be friends, and that it would really hurt her if I completely stopped talking to her. Did she say that just for me

it's probably for the best that you're not talking to her. it would only serve to make things more difficult.
as for still missing her, well it's only been a month. you need more time to distance yourself from it before you should even consider trying to talk to her. rome wasn't dismantled in a day.
and yeah, you have been drinking way too much. i'm glad it hasn't messed up your work or school yet, but if you're choosing your company based on whether or not they'll drink with you, then i'd say it's still having a pretty negative impact.
