Tuesday I have to bring in a poem by a poet who is still alive and read it to my class.
Does anyone want me to read one of their poems OR does anyone know have a favorite poem I could read?
I really don't read poetry and I don't just want to find something random online.

Kristin Lady, you are more than welcome to read something of mine if you want. Or you can read something from George Elliott Clarke, whom I love. Here's a link. I love his "Everything Is Free." I also like "Song Of Ecclesiastes.
