i got my grades for the semester

i was pissed at first but i know i'm being dumb

i got a 3.9

i wanted a 4.0 badly . . .but i got an A minus in jazz ensemble

so after being pissed for a few minutes i realized no sane person would

be pissed about a 3.9 . . . 3.9 is fabulous. YAY ME :-)

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but as a person who had a barrage of music ensemble credits to her name over a four year period, do you know why you didn't earn the solid "A"???

you know there are only 2 reasons i can think of for why i didnt get a solid A . . . in the very first weeks of class i remember her saying something about rarely giving students A's so it could be that or the only other thing i can think of is i was absent from class once - although i don't think missing a class once should cost a student an A . . .
