Positive thoughts
Right I am going to be positive about everything. Although is it easy to change a negative soul into a positive one without any complications along the way. I need a positive routine, like eating breakfast and doing some exercise before work in the mornings. There, that is my first positive step. Hormones

Happy with a pinch of sarcasm
Happy, that is what I am. Don't get me wrong I haven't all of a sudden become a positive person, I don't think I was built for that.
