I'm sorry I can't offer any tangeable advice. I don't know how anything I am could help you. I won't preach to you or anything. EVerything will be ok :)
Do you remember last year, and the year before when you were freaking out about things? and I said "Ryanne, don't worry, everything will be ok". REmember how they turned out fine? and here you are again?

Now I say to you again, Everything will be ok

The words that popped in to my head were the words of a worship song right when I got done reading your entry.
