I have been super remiss in blogging about my many recent travels. There have been several. I was also kind of a slacker this year and did not take the trouble to do a hyper-detailed minute-by-minute writeup of my con. It was a really fun weekend. Highlights included

Of course, then the question becomes whether to do group costumes and/or individual. ;)

Meeting/inscription: Yeah you did! :D
That All-Father is perfect, but I love the male Hit-Girl behind him. Was this at the Marvel shoot? They told me I can't come to that as HG, because she's an Icon character (which is a branch of Marvel, but still...). Poopie heads!
That Merida is just classic! Great expression!
And I've seen Rockford Peaches before (the WWII parade group always has a few), but missed seeing any this year - love them so very much!

I seem to recall that these two Peaches made their costumes on an impulse after watching the movie the last couple of months before the con. But including them in the WWII group is FANTASTIC. Does anybody ever do any of the other teams? A League of Their Own was probably my family's very first "Family Quotes" movie. And also my first ever meeting with Hammond of Texas. :-)

And if it was the parade, that's a bit different. The photoshoot guys said no to me when I first made my Hit-Girl. Not sure about parade group, though pretty sure they said no, too.
But no biggie. I found my periodic table home. ;)
And I'm sure they were the same Peaches, but I have seen Peaches in the parade WWII group before. I have a great pic from my first D*C of some, in fact. I haven't seen other teams that I recall, but that would be neat!
As for A League of Their Own, well, I have an older sister. That is all. Sigh.

Was there any video of Shakespeare's Star Wars?

I saw that Thor and All-Father at one point, but it was in a place where pausing for a photo would have been impossible. Still, great costumes!
Glad you enjoyed the parade. I've never actually braved the crowds to watch that, but I like looking at photos from everyone afterward. ;)
The Fans for Christ family, they do some kind of family-themed costume every year. It's so fun to see what they'll be each time.
