Currently, finding it a little difficult to keep up with the speed with which my life passes these days...There always seems to be so much worth writing here, discussing and detailing, but by the time I get chance to sit here properly and write something - it all seems somehow faded or irrelevant. However, I have had to try my best to balance ( Read more... )

Congrats on getting marks with which you're content. Sam's going through the same stress right now, and I've been there myself, so I can appreciate that.

Jealousy at your week in the Wye Valley. I do miss that month I spent living on the border with Wales. Were it not for my career, I think it'd be me moving to the UK to be with Sam and not the other way around.

Speaking of castles, I have a couple of old photoessays from that month to post. Maybe I should try getting to one or two of those.

As for me, back in Alaska, going back to work next week, missing Sam rather desperately but very happy in the knowledge that this separation from him, despite being the longest we've ever had, ends in him moving so we don't have to be apart so much. Until then, it's basically work and working out and trying to focus on some goals I've let slide: language skills, writing, drawing, programming, and the like.

Thanks for the congratulations - I am satisfied, and feel I am likely to come out with a good degree, so that settles me. I hope everything goes ok for Sam. That's great that he is moving over there...You seem to live in a truly beautiful part of the world...I expect rather different to here though! If you feel 'at home' then staying there should work out fine. But do visit here again sometime...maybe our paths will cross ( ... )

Aye, it does happen...soemtimes life's finer details have to be shared!

Nice to hear from you...sorry I am behind as usual....with most journals. But I hope the fishies & yourself are well, nice photo icon! :D

Thanks, I hope to truly test out my camera and get some more artistic shots...Well, I can experiment anyway...

I hope the visit with your father is a good one!
I am so busy right at this moment but wanted to say that I am always reading-and sometimes lose track of replies (as you well know)
I will catch up with email and so forth tomorrow if possible
this is how tired and out of my mind I am right now
I cannot remember S if you have received the box yet or not, or if it is lost forever.
OK, not meaning to be so one track minded
I need to hurry this but I will respond tomorrow!
