Crepe Myrtle has such attractive bloom color. How lovely that would be to have them cascading over tan-colored stones. I like the bloom on 'Eyecatcher'.

Wasn't that ground cover crepe amazing? I'd never seen one like that before so I knew I HAD to include that in the article.

Yes "eyecatcher" was exactly that! Not sure it would fit it with all my other flowers I had planned but it certainly is attention getting and that seems to be very popular right now in some "trendy" gardens.

My personal style is a bit more old-fashioned wtih roses and deep red flowers and hollyhocks and lavender. :-D
