Well, my laptop is pretty much toast. Some if you may remember me mentioning fan problems a few months back.

I couldn't afford to get it fixed (still can't) so the guy at the puter store recommended buying a cooling pad.

For a doctor to refuse to treat someone when they are obviously in respiratory distress based on the patient being unable to pay for the treatment the dr wants them to have?

I went to my usual dr this morning even though I think she has the empathy and bedside manner of a cave troll.
