My ankle is much better, thankfully, and I am able to walk around with minimun pain now. I have some tablets to take if the pain becomes too unbearable, but for the moment, I am able to stand it, just. The weather is warming up more now, so that gives me more of an excuse to exercise the ankle. I think I will take a walk in the garden later ( Read more... )
