Boys and girls! I have some CDs for sale. Want any of these? Comment, message or email me. UK postage will be £1 if you're only buying one, 50p extra per CD for up to 4, more than that I'll work it out and quote you. Ah, lots of Devin Townsend, I'm a fan. Sadly, I know where to get most of these for next to free :/ and I have the immersion set of Pink Floyd's The Wall. I'm just commenting as I was curious to see what you had available, though it is a pretty good selection for someone that would be a starter to all this. It all makes me wonder about whats included in the collection you keep all to yourself.

Oh, this is just the "do you want this? No, I don't, do you?" pile from my housemate's last clearout. You can take it as read that any band in this pile, I don't like (with the exception of Bowie and Foreigner, those are just duplicates of discs I had already, and Nick Cave who I love but don't really need that single...)

My own collection is probably over two thousand albums at this point counting CDs, vinyl, tapes and virtual formats all-in, and the vast majority of that is metal... I could list the highlights if you're really curious but you might have to bear with me while I dig... *g*

I think I might get jealous, you already have a better more rounded collection then me. At the time of a great deal of purchases I picked up albums based on one song and was completely disappointed.

Hehehe, yeah, been there. :/

Though in all fairness my collection wouldn't be what it is if it hadn't been for the 25p vinyl racks in my local record stores when I was a teenager. At four albums for a pound, it was worth picking stuff up purely based on band name/cover art/photo/track title, and it's amazing how much of it turned out to be worthwhile. (I was kneeling on the floor looking through one of those boxes when I found an original first pressing of Venom's "Welcome to Hell" - I still remember I jumped up in excitement and banged my head on the table that I'd forgotten was directly above me. Rock'n'roll... >.> )

So go on then - what's the rarest/coolest/most precious thing in your collection? :D
