Yippee. Though that other letter gave me all the details on what's going on, I'm starting to wonder how it really looks like. Then again, from what I've heard from Tsuyoshi...they're not sure if it's back...

It's from someone named Kyio, saying I can go to Tartarus - whatever that is, be it a tower or some other really large building - but from what I heard from Tsuyoshi, they're not really sure if it's standing yet...

...Oh, you probably didn't see me at that meeting, did you? He gives me the details when I can't actually get there, due to some screwup that landed me in the hospital, or time constraints.
