It's a cinnamon flavored cookie, very crunchy yet it melts in your mouth if you keep it for in your mouth for a little while *A* It's quite similar to the biscuit in cheesecakes.

Haha, I like chocolate in cookies too. The strange thing is even though I prefer dark chocolate, my favorite cookie is white chocolate with rasberry. xD
