I don't often have the inclination to stop working. Even when I'm not doing manual work, I am thinking about other things that can be done. My friend Crowe says I'm overworking myself.
Sort of. I am used to working with very complex machinery, but I want to use my knowledge to improve the standard of living here.

...I do believe such dedication is a good thing at times, but if it is to the point of notable fatigue then you should perhaps consider some relaxation. Perhaps a swim.
I haven't felt notably fatigued since I was ill a couple of months ago, but I supposed I'm not really inclined to notice these things. A swim would be quite nice, especially in this heat.
Machines are more complicated types of inventions. Instead of using a live horse to move somewhere faster, one could make a machine with wheels that requires much less effort to maintain. They're devices meant to make tasks easier.
