You're single and don't have anyone to answer to about how much wine and chocolate you want goddammit. How much weight have you lost so far? I have yet to get back on the wagon. It's pitiful :'(
Im telling you.. losing 20 lbs is totally different from losing 100lbs. These are the people that keep losing the same 5 to 10 lbs. all the time. Everyone has an opinion.
I've lost around 35 so far. I didnt go for my weigh in last week so I'm not accurate.
Girl, it's hard. For me I've had gains and losses. As for gaining.. there's nothing you can do about it at times as a woman. Too many things that can affect weight loss even if you do everyhing right. Best thing I can tell you is if you mess up don't give up.
You can be "unhappy and irritated" losing weight and counting for everything that goes in your mouth or you can be unhappy eating whatever you want and feeling miserable. That's what I always tell myself.
