Tonight is my last night in Lucknow. I won't see home again maybe for a year ..maybe 6 months. Being in India this time did not feel like being home cause I was with three Americans and again my life was a constant explanation. If nothing else what I have learnt from this trip is that East is East and West and West and never shall the twain meet.

i used to hate the quote 'you can never go home again' too, because i was like..OFCOURSE I CAN..i mean, it HOME! But now I think I know better...what you identified as home at one point of your life is something that never stays the same...so when you come back to it, well, you cant! its gone :(
