I haven't actually been there yet, but from what I understand, it's basically the same. Apparently changing the name was part of some legal loophole that let them keep their liquor license without having to make (much-needed?) improvements to the bathrooms and stairs and stuff.

I believe the ownership is new but the concept and overall feel is the same.

yeah...it's a lot cleaner. but not really better. They got rid of the drinking fountain so now they have a water cooler like you work in an office or play little league soccer.
