Most of those websites are scams. That industry is notorious for screwing lonely American men out of thousands of dollars. They do it really well too... they hire one girl to make phone calls to lots of the men, and hand write letters, and when the guy wires money to fly her over, they take the money, close the dummy wire account, and move on to the next sucker. E-commerce laws are so loosely defined that international transactions are all but unregulated.

I recommend you fly over and just take one back with you... it'll cost less. The former soviet union is filled with beautiful women desperate for a chance at the States... and they all know how to cook and clean!
