i don't know what's been going on as far as drama with shane and i since the last time i talked to you and you seemed to understand then... but i suppose all i have to say is do/think whatever you want to. i'm not going to sit here and argue my side for weeks and weeks and weeks... the fact is no one else was there and i know what i said and apparently shane doesn't. HOWEVER, i understand that you've been friends with him for a long time and this is probably a lot harder for you. but i'll tell you what... i'm totally avoiding drama like this in the future by simply not hanging out with him anymore. i don't need that shit, i don't need people spreading lies about me to get other people upset. anyways... believe what you want to about this whole thing but it'll never happen again because i won't let him even have the opportunity.

anyway, i hope you decide to come over on friday... it'll be a blast and we'd love to have you there.

I think we have no one to blame but ourselves for our body issues. Do you honestly know any man who thinks you are fat Kellie? There is real weight problems and then there are natural body types, you are naturally curvy and in my opinion you are gorgeous-- and I am coming to realize more and more that guys dont necessarily appreciate the skinnyness and probably would rather have real Kellie curves and all. You have a fairly healthy lifestyle and are very active (minus drinking/smoking)-- I think if the no carb deal is making you miserable you should try and figure out a healthy diet that will make you feel good too.

Loading topsoil sucks but sod is worse.

you have no idea how much people like family, friends, and even shane's fucking prick brother have to say about my weight

and it gets old when you've been hearing it all your life.

I've heard you call yourself fat on several occasions, but you're tiny. We'll talk when you reach 50+ lbs overweight.

I think I look wonderful, but the fact of the matter is I'm confronted about it by society on an almost daily basis.

My Dad has often told me that I need to lose weight.

The point I am trying to make is that NO ONE is happy with the way they look. I was in no way trying to discourage you from dieting or whatever, I was just suggesting trying to find something that doesnt make you feel so shitty?
