Rape?

I am just wondering why there isn't a statutory rape case with Palin's daughter.  She is pregnant and under-age, so doesn't that constitute an automatic charge?  Am I missing something here??

It's all up to the DA... whether they want to prosecute or not. Maybe they got paid off to not do it... bad publicity and all... make the family look weak? who knows...
