For the past 2 months, I have been temping for the publishing dept. at Disney in Burbank.  When I agreed to help out, I had no idea how GIG the job was going to be.  I thought a week or so and it would be done.  I had to cut backing, create velcro binding, and measure and cut customized folders for ALL of the archived artwork in the dept.  We are

Keep impressing them, and you may get the job you want. :o)

Ask your supervisor if there are any openings she knows of that are coming up. It's a good sign that she want's you to come back for the second project.
