I guess it's unsuprising how when dead musicians are dead they probably recieve greater universal admiration (I hope it doesn't work for Bono -ooof!). I just found it amazing how Mick Jagger, who is in his 60s, still goes and plays a gig 24 hours after his Dad died (perhaps the bigger suprise is that his Dad was still alive - I thought he would be ( Read more... )

True with the musician thing, you know Imagine didn't go to number 1 when it was first released, it was only after John Lennon died that it did. Now it's the most popular song in Britian. Also recently it was announced that Kurt Cobain made the most money of any dead artist for this year, earning about $50 Million. Alhtough that is partly because Courtney Love sold a think a 30 per cent share in the Nirvana caterloge of songs.
