SJM's mini album. I can't listen it.
I have to play my 7 samurai sessions over and over again.
I've got to dl THIS IZ JAPANESE KABUKI ROCK again.
Miyavi is awesome, you see.
I'd like to write a proper concert report but nah, I can't. This post is kinda spazz and ♥ or idk. So, you're warned.
We left school 2 hours early to get to Helsinki on time. Tavastia's door opened at 6PM and the lining started at 3PM. We were in Helsinki at 2 so we had some time to prepare to the great running from teh other side of Urho Kekkonen's street (lol but that's the name) to the other side of it. (That's how we do it in Finland. Every person wo wants to get a good place on a jrock-gig goes to the other side of the street than the club is and at the time the lining is starting everyone runs through the street. It's a massive event and very dangerous.) There were some people already in there but cos we saw our friend Fanni there we took her with us and went shopping. At about 2:30 we went to see if there's someones we know in the group wating for the lining to start. There were Laura, Kiia, Elina and Vanessa (and later Paula joined us and even later I&Taija found 3 people we knew and said hi tho them haha I felt so popular), and finally at 3 all of us ran together over the street. We got a good place in the line ♥ And for the whole 3 hours we spent in the line we had fun together. Thanks you guys ♥
We (well, this time Taija, Paula and I) got kinda good places in the club too. We were on the 5~7th row in the right side of the hall, right in front of the bassist's place. We had to wait about an hour inside, but the gig started in time.
K, what could I say... Well, THAT GUY KNOWS HOW TO PERFORM. THAT GUY KNOWS HOW TO PLAY SOME MUSIC. THAT GUY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE THE AUDIENCE CRY DURING THE MCS. Oh, and yes, that guy is ****ing good looking. In his black tank top. ♥
The audience acted terriblebly during the first two songs. The pressure was really hard and you couldn't move there by your own will, but everyone was pushing you around and hitting and etc. Durin the 2nd song (Boom-hah-boom-hah-hah, sounded really good and energetic ♥) I realized I had moved from the right side of the hall to the centre so I moved to my original place and it was way more peaceful there, though some people were really tall so I had to do a little zigzag there :DD There were these really annoying two long boys who held each other and were right in front of me so I could see everything but Miyavi ;O;
Anyway, when I got to a peaceful place and started to really see something, I could really enjoy the gig. Seriously, it was awesome. The whole gig was already blessed when he played 21st century Tokyo blues and Ame no utaeba in a row in the beginning of the gig, bt I really could step to heaven (lol what is this language I'm using) when he played Kimi no negai wo. Those 3 are my favorites. Ah ♥ Before Ame no utaeba he played this really cool guitar solo and licked his guitar and. Imagining it? :DDD♥ His performing dring Ame no utaeba was really sexy. He stood on one place for the whole song holding the mic stand, btu he definitely wasn't still. Wiggling a little, flirting with the audience, and in the stronger singing parts singing really loudly but beautyfully eyes closed... I died. He did kind of same during Kimi no negai wo, but was more lively and smily. It was wonderful.
Besided those three, Shouri no V-ROCK!! was awesome. And Are you ready to rock. Oh, and Freedom fighters. And Subarashiki kana, kono sekai -WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD-. I can't remember the other songs (well, i heard he played Superman but I didn't reconize it), but well, everything was great :D He is a performer. His guitar playing is great. I love the way he uses his kabuki-experiense.
!! I forgot! The first song was ROCK'N'ROLL IS "NOT" DEAD and it was really awesome too! That and V-ROCK were my favs of the "jumping and a little headbanging"-songs.
The MCs he spoke were really weird cos I excpected that his MCs would be all "YEAHHH BABY LAT'S ROCKKK", but he actually spoke really calmly and touching about that how great it is to have family (=fans) all over the world, the work he had when he was starting his own company and about his baby girl. He was leaning to the mic stand while speaking. "When my baby was born... she was like... you know..." "You guys are my family" ... And when there was really much pressure on the people and one girl actually fainted and the security men lifted her off the audience, Miyavi went to pad her head in the middle of the song, and after it he was like "Are you ok?" and when we answered "Yeah~" he said "Are you sure that you're ok? You are my family. I want you to breathe." And during one MC he answered to each person who shouted "I love you!" with "I love you too".
The bass, guitar, drums and DJ (or keyboards idk) did really good work too and performed with energy, and I hoped that Miyavi would have introduced them too. (His own introducing was just "Do you know my name? Yeah, I'm Miyavi.", lol) Actually, after the gig we had to wait Taija's dad to come and pick us up for quite a long time, so we saw the band coming out of Tavastia :D We didn't go talk to them, just watched them drinking in their small bus lol. (Miyavi wasn't with them.)
(Deal with the grammar mistakes and typos. I'm tired.)
I bought a shirt.
NEO TOKYO SAMURAI BLACK world tour 2009-2010
It's simple. It smells good. I like it.
Btw, the peace-sign is a necklace.
THANKS MYV FOR AN AWESOME NIGHT!!
