I read it all, and I think you should say "hey, you! Yea, you dad! I'm tired of this shit! I'm doing what I wanna' do and that's final!"...yea, I know that's easier said than done. But seriously, I've had several teachers so far that originally went to college to do something other than what they are doing now. In the end they found out that they were only doing it all for someone else and hated their lives because of it. It's really important to do what feels right for you, and not someone else. Like you said, it's you that has to live with the career and not your father. I'm sorry that you failed your math final, and I hope you work up the strength to tell your parents that you are going to change your plans. I also wanted to mention that I really love what you are doing with mecha. Keep doing what you're doing, don't let anyone stop you.
i hope some day, hopefully before im like 50 or something, i work up the courage to tell my parents hah. that totally made me feel better about discussing it with them, like im not totally out of line or anything. i heart you kelly
