Neutrogena has some eye corrector stuff. It's in a thinish tube, and looks a lot like lip-gloss. It's less than $6/7 here, and works for me (and they have different skin tone shades). It blends well with foundation or powder, and can be worn without other make-up, as well ;)

The Avon and the Neutrogena products aren't bad but don't entirely do the job.

You might try a product called Dermablend- it really is designed to cover everything. It's even used to cover tatoos.

Thanks Cate. We have to take the boys to the pediatrician on Thursday, so we're stopping off at the outlets beforehand and I think they have dermablend in the cosmetic company store. Will have to go in and see what they have.

That's the problem I have... it'll work a bit, but doesn't do everything, and I look like a raccoon! *L*
