FGW really do it this time

There are a few hardened pass who chose to stand. They like to be able to get off a Reading by the exit and save a couple of minutes. Manys a time when a peak departure has just been boarded when seats are still available at the front the regulars will already be standing by their door.

I do agree that if you board at the last minute you do not have a choice. However often there are seats at the front but the buffet is blocked by the regulars having their drink on the way home.
