So, here's the first entry in my little project! Woot!
Do you all know of those stories where people spend the entire time in their own little world? Alice in Wonderland, for example. Have you ever thought what their families saw them as? Having to deal with the madness of a little girl, eventually her growing up to be insane, and having to watch it happen?
Well that little girl in all of the books is my older sister, Deanna. Except now, she's not a little girl any more. She grew up, never letting go of her delusions. And all I could do was watch as she destroyed herself in the eyes of the public. My family are high class London socialites you see, we even know Queen Victoria and Prince Albert personally. We were taught to keep a respectable image and never act out. Mother and father considered Deanna a disgrace. I considered her a burden.
Until she thrust me into her own madness once, a time which I will not soon forget. Then I started to truly understand what the madness does to her.
So this is the story of a young woman in Nineteenth century London, her incurable insanity, and the sister who tried to make heads or tails of the entire adventure.
