Well today was the first day of training. Didn't make it yesterday swam at mom and dads instead after sleeping til noon. (had been up the whole night before).

Found an toher 12 week program that has an international contast called Body for Life. The last season they are going to hold it is the end of this year. So I made it!!! The grand prize is ( Read more... )

Are you doing 6 sets of each exercise per workout consecutively, or are you rotating or what? I usually do 2 to 3 sets per exercise.

6 sets. Following the BodyforLife.com program. There is a 1 minute resting period between 1-5 and 2 minutes between 5-6. You peak on set 5 and 6 pushing as much as you can for 12 reps. If you checkout the web page you will see the incredible results challengers are having. Looking to loose 40LBS of fat and gain 20LBS in muscle.
