I had avoided it for years/decades (I try to stiffle it but have a pretty profound allergie to ESToid yuppiness and had relegated this practice to that pile.) til my partner (at the time) learned the 108 moves and had me attend her first full session. I found it surprisingly sane.
I was only into it as a regular part of my schedule for a few months, but years later I still practice some of the warmup excercises ... use them sorta like Yoga asanas. Very refreshing.
