yeah it does. Last night, I went to log in, and it said I couldn't for like 20 min. because there were too many failed attempts to log in. I was like... WHAT I JUST GOT HOME HOW CAN THIS BE?

That's what it was saying to me today when I tried logging in for the first time. Stupid myspace!
