[Frey's just sitting in bed, ironically, changing his bandages. He blinks, though, when he hears Kaori's voice coming from his open journal. He'd hoped to hear from her and Zan'nen the past few days, and kept his journal on him at all times.] Kaori?! Are you ok?

[His voice is obviously worried. He doesn't know why it happened, but something had to have been wrong for it to happen.]

[Her breath nearly hitches in her throat when she hears the obvious worry, because oh gods this guilt.]

I'm sorry...! [Not even realizing the words are leaving her mouth, she just keeps repeating that because... she hurt him, when she should have been strong enough to resist those emotions at the time.] Im sorry, I'm sorry...!

[It's very late in the evening when the journal falls open, the camera picture askew toward the forest that surrounded it. Vaguely visible by the light of the night sky is what should be a familar figure, lying curled on it's side and facing the book, even though her long hair mostly obscures her face. The only other sound aside from the crickets chirping is a shuddering breath, possibly from when she was crying earlier.]
