If they contact you and say they need a credit card to pay the taxes on it, it's a scam. They are not responsible for paying your taxes, you are, they are only responsible for alerting the government that you received it.

Yep. I checked all of that. It is from an Alienware.com address. Contact number listed is to Alienware. Only things they need from me is a shipping address and to fill out a W9.

Horizons... is that in reference to this?

if so, i was one of the beta testers for that game.. hopefully they fixed all the bugs in it that weren't fixed when they officially released it..
