reminds me of an article I read for Phil of Law... I don't remember the name of the article, but the author was Jeremy Waldron. It was about homelessness and how people always say that there are lots of opportunities in America, but the homeless need food, somewhere to live, a bathroom. My favorite quote: "One cannot pee in an opportunity."
