i'm glad i finally got a few hours to do something other than work. i felt like i was going insane. i'm about to go to michael's to pick up some more wood (after my FOURTH trip back to the eye doctor because my glasses still aren't right, ugh!).

you'll have to come over and give wood burning a try! i think you'd enjoy it. i don't know any proper techniques, so stippling seemed easiest.

yowza! i didn't get any canker sores despite my mass consumption of strawberries. aaannnnd oh yeah, i still need to send you pictures!

i'm still doing freelance for enzian, running the enzian and florida film festival websites. on top of that, i'm working part-time as art director/marketing coordinator for the orlando shakespeare theater. despite not having a full-time job, i've been busier than ever.

i know, it totally sucks that you didn't get to intern for me! what are you up these days?

oh same ol' same ol'. trying to figure out my next move. i was actually thinking of maybe volunteering there (the orlando shakespeare theater)...my mom told me they needed some, and i've already interned for a theater company before. i just don't wanna get stuck doing dumb stuff haha

you should volunteer! it's a wonderful place. i'm now employed there full-time. yay!

i carved a fork and spoon from wood and then decorated it with wood burning, it was hard but i made a skull at the bottom tip of the spoon's handle, i was the coolest kid in my high school that week

^that was for my gym/wilderness survival class, adventure bound, i don't do that randomly and bring my wares in to school
