what the fuck is wrong with my journal?
my background picture isnt showing up.
and i know absolutely nothing technical about livejournal.
someone please tell me how the hell i fix this.

Its prbably because something to do with the fact that its black and your picture can't be seen through it, I can't explain how to fix it, I am not good at explaining things, I would show you, but that wouldn't be easy. You have to make the background transparent so you can see the bg pic.
