I've come to notice all we are, as far as the third-person perspectives of us, are a compilation of little, habits.
The habit of walking.
The habit of talking.
The habit of... well i'm sure there's other junk too.
If nothing else; there are actually two things I got from three years in dance...
The ability to balance on one leg; may it be on skis, skates(ice or concrete), or without sleep...
and the following words from a bitch of a teacher;
It's all too easy to form bad habits. It's reforming those habits or making the good ones hard.
The masks we wear tend to be habits formed from our defense mechanism.
Bad shit happens, we try to set ourselves up so it doesn't happen again.
Unfortunately; we're not always comfortable with what our defense mechanism projects for us.
So it naturally interferes with a few things; either internally or with others.
