That sounds pretty scary, and I'm glad I wasn't the guy there. Shame that these accidents happen, he should've got a lift from his friends... Yet again we don't have a complete toxicology report on us so :/

Yeah, I mean, he wrecked my week, the tit.

And he was drunk the police officers arrested him for DUI, they said he was pretty high, not like pot but as in high up his BAL.

Oh wow, wtf. It is scary to see someone do something like that. I had a very similar experience except it was my car instead of the house. It was awful so I know that feeling. Anything can happen; you always see this kind of stuff happen on TV and once it happens to you, you're blown away.
