now these won't be "concerts" so the band won't necessarily be there, it's just pretty much a fan party? (sorry, am new to these kinds of things)

I haven't heard anything at all about tours yet, this is just for listening parties to hear the new album.

Oh! I know that. I did not state the proper question. It should have been, "Will there be a tour, and will it reach Canada?"

oh okay...yeah there's another person on my friends' list from canada and she's always anxiously waiting to hear about their touring up there....hopefully this tour they get around to it!

Can I ask why you're using a stolen image for your LJ icon? It's of amici_noctis; the drawing is by Rion Vernon, from an original photograph by me. So you're breaching at least two copyrights ...

I didn't realize it was that big of a problem, perhaps you should go around and attack everyone else who uses images from rion vernon's site because I am certainly not the only one.

Then you're going to have to sue about 3/4ths of LJ for using images without copyright permission.

I'm sure she WOULD have credited YOU if you had asked NICELY.

He shouldn't have to ask.. I normaly don't mind people using my pictures as icons etc. but they should ask beforehand or at least credit the person who made the picture/drawing.. and for what it's worth Rion normaly let's people use his images if they credit him... is it really soo hard to put "by Rion Vernon" if she knew it was him that made it? I personally am flattered someone would use something with me as an icon :)
