I hate this! why do people always feel the need to walk on egg*shells around me? my whole life, people have seemed uncomfortable around me - & not just people, the people that are closest to me! growing up it was always "watch what you say around Christin - you might upset her, she might yell at you" even my best friends ended up intimidated by

haha. I'm pretty opinionated and i thought people wanted to hear what i had to say, but apparently not - apparently people just want to hear what they want to hear and not the truth.

that really does sound like a good idea.. Im thinking about either the last weekend of February or the first weekend of my Spring Break. know of any shows going on those weekends?

You should go to Austin the last weekend of February, OK Go is going to play on February 26th...and I know we don't really talk but maybe we can hang out, I'm going up that weekend to go see them... I think everyone feels that way in general from time to time. Honesty isn't a thing we are good at when relating to one another. It makes people uncomfortable and it asks a lot of them. I guess it seems easier to go crazy with frustration now and then than to work through and deal with honesty on a daily basis.

everyone says they want honesty - but they really dont, because you cant hide behind honesty.. you cant make it go away once its out.

i lot of my friends are the same way. Theyre afraid to tell me certain things at certain times, cuz they think I'll go ballistic and theyll leave without a tongue. Especially when its about a certain someone. i always thought it was only me that it happened to, but i guess not. i know this isnt a good thing, but its nice to know that im not alone with this problem.

Fortunately, our past has prevented me from ever caring what i've had to say around you:) Ultimately, I guess either way, people are afraid to hurt you, whether you're being too hard, or too soft. And it's hard when people have their minds made up about you already. I really hope you find what you're looking for...and in the meantime.. If you ever need someone to tell you the mean and ugly truth about something, you can count on me ;)
