thanks guys. i was just having one of those off days, it all seems abit insignificant now.

i've been making such a conscious effort to stay positive through everything these last few months that when i kinda slipped up the other day it was really weird to be going through all those depressed feelings all over again, i just think i blew it out of all proportion. sorry!
