Pressing his palm against her cold cheek, he whispered, "I'll protect you. You're not going to die... while I'm protecting you." his voice was quiet as ever.
Brushing her damp bangs out from her eyes, Shinn whispered again, "I'll promise one thing.."
Placing her own hand over the elder's, Stellar sighed softly, murmuring under her breath. While brushing away his moistened hand, Stellar quietly said, "...Promise?" The latter tilted her head to one side slightly, with curious and innocent eyes.
"Ah.. I promise that I'll remember today."
Her eyes softened at Shinn's words, as she smiled, "Hai.."
