Agreed. I'm not sure how to deal with this in Middle Georgia. I'm considering just not giving him Hospitality so its not an issue.

For some reason I had flashbacks to physics class and thought about how to go about calculating the Giovanni potential.

I think the Giovanni potential would not release enough energy to cause significant displacement, since it would not be enough to overcome the very high frictional force of the Middle Georgia setting.

Then again, they also have a Camarilla citizen acting as their Manchurian candidate. I have the feeling it'll get ugly, fast.
