To all of Luceti, this is Captain Alexei speaking. I'm sure some of you have spotted a strange beasts that has appeared around our village, most likely breached the barrier to arrive here. From my own observation they seem to be looking for something and won't show aggression unless approached. So please don't engage these creatures unnecessarily.

Since you brought that up, that...has happened to me. [He sighs and slightly frowns.] Some of the dreams seem like jumbled messages in my head that I cannot understand.

... Perhaps the homes we had found ourselves in earlier this week were truly where we belonged. I can't discern if the Shifts are playing tricks with us or if they are actually more than just dreams though. It's...troubling.

[Getting up from his chair, Frederic walks to the window near by and looks out.]

What troubles me more is these dreams I am having. [He turns back to look at Alexei.] I keep seeing doctors around me saying I have an incurable illness which I should be dying from.

...Is that so?

[That's a little...worrying. He looked a little concerned for Frederic now] You seem fine to me. Do you feel ill?

[He's hoping it'll reassure him.]

I do not feel ill at all. [He sits back down and sighs.] These dreams are still haunting though.

...Perhaps I should drop the subject for now.

[He takes another sip from his tea.] I had another reason for coming here afterall.

Ah yes, of course.

[He goes into a closet and pulls out his easel and puts a painting he had under a sheet by placing it on the easel.] Are you ready?

[He blinks, looking curiously at the item item he had taken out. He slowly nods, putting down his teacup.]

[He pulls the sheet away and reveals a portrait of Alexei, a very nice detailed one that looks exactly like him.]

...[Alexei stared an awe. This painting...was most impressive.]

Did you... make this yourself?

Yes, I love art and using my talent for others is something I enjoy very much doing.
